Earlier this July, speculations about Bea’s break up with Gerald sparked after she shared a cryptic Instagram post, following alleged photos of Gerald with actress Julia Barretto who was being romantically linked to the actor.

Bea’s post has since been flooded with support from her friends in and out of the showbiz, including Julia’s aunts Gretchen and Claudine.
In her Instagram stories, Bea shared a photo of a potted flower she received from Claudine with a card saying: Love and more love.”
Bea then expressed her appreciation to Claudine and wrote: “Thank you ate! @claubarretto”
In a recent interview, Bea broke her silence about the issue and revealed that she and Gerald had no formal break up and that the actor just started not talking to her.
Meanwhile, Julia and her former boyfriend Joshua Garcia earlier confirmed their break up, saying that they are back to being ‘best friends’.
Rumors about Julia and Gerald’s alleged real life romance made rounds online when they were paired together in the movie “Between Maybes” which they shot in Japan.
