Remember Chrisitan ‘Xian’ Gaza, the guy who posted billboards to get the attention of actress Erich Gonzales. Xian is now facing two warrants of arrest for failing to appear before a trial court that is hearing cases filed against him for allegedly breaking the Philippines’ (BP) 22 or the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law.
In a DZMM radio report hosted by Julius Babao and Bernadette Zembrano, two complainants Jaime Asuncion at Melinda Cruz saying Xian borrowed money from them but failed to pay them on time or as promised.
In an interview with ABS-CBN, Xian admitted to his faults and said he has not capability to pay his debts because he is already bankcrupt.
“”I don’t have the means to pay them at the moment…I am bankrupt and the sheriff is highly aware of that,” said Xian.
On his Facebook account, Xian is asking to help raise PhP 95,000.00 for his bail.
