Revilla has spent four years at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Center in Camp Crame after being accused of allocating P224 million from his ‘pork barrel’ to bogus organizations allegedly created by Napoles.

Also accused alongside Revilla were former Senators Juan Ponce Enrile and Jinggoy Estrada who were allowed by the Sandiganbayan to post bail.
