Anne Curtis might be one of the celebrity It-Girls with all the glitz and the glamour of showbiz but her professionalism as an actress is something that sets her apart.
“BuyBust” director Erik Matti testified as he shared how Anne agreed to “crazy things” they asked her to do such as being lit on fire without a double and commended her as an actress, comparing her to stars such as Nora Aunor and Vilma Santos.

And after watching the entire film again, I can’t help but think about all the crazy things we asked @annecurtissmith to do. She’s a star! And to ask for such unconventional things from stars; to ask her to be dragged on a table full of breakables, to light her on fire with no double, to demand 3 days of gruelling 57 takes of 3-minute one tracking shot all night through with rain, jumps, punches and kicks is not at all easy. Stars who are willing to do what it takes for certain roles they feel are memorable, just like Nora and Vilma, are not too many.”
