“I just want to say how proud i am of my father. He left behind something most of us can only hope to achieve, he left behind a great legacy.

I love you papa. I know you are in a place where there is no pain, no suffering. A place where money is not needed to enjoy or to simply survive. A place where you can have unlimited buffets and steaks and never be full. A beautiful place with the Lord. You were my first hero. You were someone i could always count on. Thank you for loving me the way you did. I know deep in my heart how much i meant to you and i hope you also knew how much i loved you. Thank you for accepting and loving my wife and daughter. I know you’ll be looking out for us up there, especially for Bella. From the bottom of my heart, thank you papa… for everything. Until we meet again.

Farewell to you Gary Lising AKA the king of green jokes, the stand up comedian and the pioneer of comedy .. May you rest in peace.

Viewing will be available tomorrow for his family Starting monday onwards for his friends, colleagues and supporters at Christ the King Greenmeadows”
