Actor Derek Ramsay who just recently signed his contract with GMA Network expressed his support to ABS-CBN over the franchise issue the network has been facing.
In her Instagram account, Derek shared a photo of ABS-CBN’s logo for its 65th year and thanked the network which had been his home for 6 years.

He wrote: “Complete respect to everyone at the kapamilya network. Thank you for many years of service to all filipinos and to the 6 great years i spent with you.?????????”
However, in the comments section of his post, Derek responded to a netizen who questioned his loyalty to the Kapuso network after expressing his support to ABS-CBN.
The netizen wrote: “Alam mo Derek, Kung di ka pa loyal sa GMA ngayon, bumalik kana sa dos, kase di namin katanggap tanggap ang mga plastik na artista tulad ni Regine.”
Derek responded to the netizen declared his loyalty to GMA, saying: “wag kang bastos. Im happy and loya with GMA. They are great people. May respeto lang ako sa abs dahil nagtrabaho din ako dun”
Derek signed his contract with GMA Network last April 2019.
