Kapuso actor Derek Ramsay might have found a new family in his current network but the actor did not forget the friends he made in the previous networks he had been part of.
In an Instagram post, Derek expressed his support to Kapamilya actress Bea Alonzo who recently made it to the headlines after her rumored break up with actor Gerald Anderson.

Derek shared a photo of him with Bea alongside his message of support to the actress and wrote: “One of the strongest, smartest and talented women i know. You are amazing @beaalonzo Keep smiling!!!!!!”
Amid his positive intention, a netizen made a malicious remark to Derek’s post and commented: “tirahin mo agad pre para maka move on na sya. ?”
Derek then hit back at the netizen and responded: “wag ka bastos!!!”
Derek and Bea have worked together in several television and movie projects including the 2010 Kapamilya series ‘Magkaribal’ with Gretchen Barretto, Angel Aquino, Erich Gonzales, and Enchong Dee among others.
The two also starred in the 2018 film ‘Kasal’ together with Paulo Avelino.
While speculations about Bea’s split with Gerald have been circulating online, the actress revealed in a recent interview that they had no formal break up, saying: “Honestly, to my understanding we did not break up. He just started not talking to me.”
