Former KCAP business manager Nicardo “Nicko” Falcis II whom Kris Aquino accused of stealing money from her was previously said to be staying outside of the country because of alleged “threat” in his life.
On his brother Atty. Jesus Falcis’ birthday, Nicko posted his greeting on his Facebook account, sharing how he and his brother have been defending each other from “bullies” since they were young.

He wrote: “To my brother, best friend and now my life defender, happy happy birthday. Happy birthday to Dad too!
Growing up in our most awkward formative years, we always defend each other from all the bullies of the world. And now we’re doing it again.
I love you and we will soon have our chance to share to the world — everything.”
He then ended his greeting with an “I miss you” message alongside hashtags which say #FamilyIsLove and #BullyKA with “K” and “A” in capital letters.
Kris earlier filed cases against Nicko who is now facing 44 counts of 44 counts of qualified theft and the violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act for allegedly using funds from the former’s production company worth P1,270,980.31.
