Being known for his catchy introduction as a reporter, former journalist Steve Dailisan is now taking on a new journey as a pilot.
In his lengthy Facebook post, Steve shared his first ever flight and described how fulfilling he felt after taking a leap of faith when he left his “first love” which is broadcast journalism.
‘It has never been my childhood dream. How can you dream of something that is way beyond your reach? I’m just being realistic.’ The training cost in aviation remains astronomical in value. My family already struggled sending me to College how much more in a flight school?”
“People ask me, “Why do you have to leave a stable and decent job? You’ve already invested a lot in broadcast journalism, isn’t that enough? Wouldn’t it be too late to start anew?”
Time flies so fast. More than 3 months now since I left my 1st Love to seek a different path.
It was never an easy choice.
