GMA Network has completed its investigation regarding the accident involving late veteran actor Eddie Garcia which took place last June 8 on set of a television series.
In a report by GMA News, the network released its statement regarding the internal investigation, stating that the actor’s family requested to have a copy before the report will be shared to the public.

Here is GMA Network’s statement:
“GMA Network has completed its internal investigation on the accident involving the late Mr. Eddie Garcia.
The family wishes to be given a copy before we share the report with the public.
Thank you.”
Eddie passed away last June 20, a few weeks after the 90-year-old got into an accident while shooting an action scene for an upcoming Kapuso show.
