Reporter Gretchen Fullido together with his team got involved in an accident while covering the recently held mid-term election after a truck garbage truck rammed into their cab while they were on their way to their next location.
In her Instagram post, Gretchen shared photos of the damage left by the accident and shared how they continued to cover the election before rushing to the hospital after they felt dizziness and pain.

She wrote: “While covering for Halalan 2019, a garbage truck hurriedly backing up rammed into our parked crew cab as we were about to jump off to our next location. The impact was strong and the back of our crew cab was damaged. I was at the back seat and I really felt my head & neck jolt. Thankfully, me, my cameraman Kuya Oca and our piloto Bonifacio were not badly hurt. We still tried to cover but had to go to the hospital because we were a little dizzy and we were feeling pain on our neck. Always better to be safe, right?
