Actress Heart Evangelista has since stood as the mother of senator Chiz Escudero’s twin children Chesi and Quino— his kids with his former wife Tintin Flores.
Even in school activities, Heart made sure to fulfill her ‘mommy duties’ for the two kids as she recently attended the grade school ceremony of Quino together with her husband.
