Actress Heart Evagelista might have experienced heartbreak after her supposed twins did not make it but with the help of her husband Senator Chiz Escudero, she managed to get through such difficult time.
In their 6th year of being together, Heart posted a touching message for her husband and thanked him for being her ‘person’.

Sen. Chiz previously admitted being in a relationship with Heart back in 2012. The two later tied the knot in 2015.
