Actress Isabelle Daza recently gained praises from netizens after she shared her drafted contract for her house helpers on her Instagram stories.
During her guesting in the late night show “Tonight With Boy Abunda”, Isabelle talked about the said contract which was suggested by her husband Adrien Semblat and mentioned some of the perks and benefits her helpers get for working for her.

Apart from day offs, the contract also indicates that her helpers get a vacation leave.
Isabelle said: “Tayo nga napapagod ng five days a week, why do we expect them to be in our house seven days? They also need a life.”
Isabelle also shared how she encourages her helpers to save money.
“I gave them a bank account. I said, ‘Okay, pag December na titingnan ko kung magkano na naipon mo and do-doblebhin ko.’ I think it gets them to have a target also and that makes them feel that this isn’t finite, this amount every month,” Isabelle added.
