Jasmine Curtis Smith recently celebrated her 24th birthday but her sister Anne Curtis and her boyfriend Jeff Ortega just could not let it pass without making her the happiest on her special day.
In a video posted on Instagram, Jasmine was seen getting emotional after Anne, Jeff, and some of their friends surprised her on her birthday celebration.
