Actress Jasmine Curtis-Smith called out a representative of telecommunications company PLDT after the employee allegedly disclosed her private information among his co-workers.
In her Twitter account, Jasmine shared her unpleasant experience after calling the company as a representative allegedly shouted her name after learning who he was talking to on the other line.

After 15 mins of waiting for someone to answer my question, someone picks up says the formulated greeting, then just as I’m about to reply I hear in the background “JASMINE CURTIS IN THE HOUSE”. Pinagsisigawan pala ang customer name sa mga ka office pag private customer service call? Hindi ba that’s disclosing the private and paying customer na to your other employees? Anyway. So I asked for the name of the employee who answered my call. He said his name is AUSTIN when I asked for his last name BAWAL DAW idisclose kasi privacy na nila yun as staff.”
