Kris Aquino has withdrawn her qualified theft complaint against he former business manager Nicko Falcis in Mandaluyong City Prosecutor’s Office.
According to a court document copy released by Pep, Kris’ camp appealed to withdraw the qualified theft complaint filed against Nicko, dated last March 23 which was signed by Lourdes Javelosa Indunan, senior assistant city prosecutor of Mandaluyong.

The resolution states: “”As prayed for, in view of the Motion to ‘Withdraw Complaint’ dated 23 March 2019 filed by complainant, the above-entitled complaint is deemed withdrawn.”
Nicko meanwhile posted a quote card on his Instagram account saying: “Being a nice human will get you far in life”
He then wrote a “thank you” note on his post’s caption.
As of writing, three qualified theft complaints out of seven filed by Kris have been dismissed by prosecutors in Pasig, Makati, and Taguig.
