The ever popular strict teacher passes away at 82. Mely Tagasa popularly known as Miss Tapia played the strict teacher of WanBol University of the comedy series ‘Iskul Bukol.’ The hit series was starred by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, and Joey De Leon.
Gina Marissa Tagasa, the daughter of Mely broke the sad news that her mom passed away early morning of March 24 at Cardinal Santos Medical Center.
