Assistant Communications Secretary Mocha Uson announced her resignation from her post in the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) on Wednesday, October 3, during a Senate hearing.
According to a report by ABS-CBN News, Uson said she was resigning from the post during a hearing on the PCOO’s budget for 2019.

Uson has been involved in recent controversies including her ‘pepederalismo’ video with her blogger friend Drew Olivar, and another video of them together while mocking the sign language which was condemned by the deaf community and other concerned netizens.
She and Drew have already apologized over the said videos.
