Actress Jessy Mendiola have been working hard to keep a healthy and fit body. Regular workouts, visits to the gym and a strict diet is what she follows. And the result of her hardwork can be seen on her Instagram with photos showing the beautiful actress achieving her health goals.
One follower of Jessy doubted the diet of Jessy and posted the following:
“kumain ng maraming rice,sure ka? Panay nga exercise pinopost mo at healthy foods.misleading the public na puydi kunmain ng maraming rice at maging ganyan kaganda ang katawan lok”
To which Luis Manzano replied:
“when you workout intensely and strictly diet for a long period you create a deficit/demand in certain macro nutrients like carbs (in muscle to be exact) so when you eat rice especially an amount more than usual, the glycogen goes in muscle creating a fuller look, “pump” or even makes you appear leaner due to the sudden fill in muscles basa basa, may internet na nga :)”
