Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto seemed to have been flooded with ‘Kadenang Ginto’ memes after he declared class suspension on Wednesday, July 17.
On his Twitter account, Mayor Vico expressed his confusion and asked netizens to enlighten him about Cassie, a character in the Kapamilya series portrayed by Francine Diaz, after getting responses online which kept mentioning the name.
