Philippines’ Maureen Montagne was hailed as the 1st runner-up in the recently held Miss Eco International 2019 in Egypt.
Maureen and Peru’s Suheyn Cipriani were the two candidates left vying for the title when the latter was announced as winner with reigning title-holder Cynthia Thomalla, the country’s best from last year’s pageant, passed on her crown to the new queen.
