Another Pinay beauty queen has brought pride to the country once again as Francesca Taruc was hailed as the Miss Tourism World 2019 Intercontinental last Tuesday, January 8, in Nanjing China.
In a report by ABS-CBN News, the new queen from Pampanga earned the crown as well as the Best Body award during the pageant’s preliminary round.
