In the photo shared by Piolo on Instagram where he posted his birthday greeting for his “best friend”, a netizen whose comment has already been deleted, wrote: “For sure boyfriend nya yan.”

A furious Piolo later responded to the netizen, saying: “Gago ka ba?!?!!! Ingat din sa pagcomment kung wala kang alam!”

Netizens were quick to defend the actor as some finally revealed the real relationship between Piolo and his so-called best friend.

Apparently, Patricia who was with Piolo in the photo is his elder sister.

Apart from Pat, Piolo has four other siblings namely Chiqui, Paulette, Pam, and Choi.
