Comedienne Pokwang could not contain her emotions and slammed an Australian basketball player who called Filipinos ‘monkeys’ after the controversial FIBA brawl between PH team Gilas Pilipinas and the Australian team.
In her Instagram account, Pokwang expressed her anger towards the player who tweeted: “Philippino Monkeys!!! Trash team. Trash crowd. Trash Federation. Trash country.”

While some netizens claim that the tweet was fake, the comedienne insisted that the post was just deleted.
Pokwang wrote in the comments section, responding to a netizen: “dibaaaa???? tapos sasabihin fake???? Hala sya!!”
