Actor Robin Padilla expressed his support to the bill requiring grades 11 and 12 students to undergo Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program.
In his Instagram post, Robin shared his plan to join the Philippine Army as a reserve as he showed his support to House Bill (HB) 8961 which seeks for the implementation of the mandatory ROTC.

Colonel Hal Moore i will always be the first one on the battle field, and i will be the last one to step foot off the battlefield. not only will i be the last one off, i will not leave any of my soldiers behind.
