Megastar Sharon Cuneta has been sharing throwback photos of her and her kids on Instagram but what most fans have been waiting for are baby photos of her and Gabby Concepcion’s daughter KC Concepcion.
In one of Sharon’s Instagram posts, the Megastar shared baby photos of KC when she was still in Makati Medical Center’s nursery where she was born.

Sharon wrote in the photo’s caption: “My baby Kitina at a day or two old. Makati Medical Center. @itskcconcepcion”
In the comments section, the Megastar also revealed that KC actually had a ‘fake name’ in the nursery to keep her from the public’s eye.
Sharon wrote: “I remember the fake name in the hospital nursery was ‘Baby Smith.’ Ash blond hair, grey eyes (like my Mommy’s Mama) which later turned light brown. Parang American. Wala din. Alam mo agad kaninong anak at kamukhang-kamukha! Hahaha”
Aside from KC, Sharon has three other children with her current husband Sen. Kiko Pangilinan namely Frankie, Miel, and Miguel.
