Veteran actor Tony Mabesa expressed his ‘devastation’ and ‘anger’ over the unfortunate accident that happened to Eddie Garcia on set of his upcoming Kapuso television series.
As of writing, Eddie is still in critical condition and is under do-not-resuscitate (DNR) status after he suffered from spine fracture following his alleged tripping on a cable wire while shooting an action scene.

In his interview with Pep, Tony who was Eddie’s co-star in the award-winning film “Rainbow’s Sunset” gave his reaction over the said accident involving is good friend.
Tony said: “Devastated. And angry in a sense, na bakit naman napatid [sa kable] ang Eddie Garcia?”
“E, alam naman nila, action scene… dapat yun, kini-clear!” Tony added.
