In a video shared on Instagram, Angel who was accompanied by Neil approached the congresswoman on her table who gave her a kiss before they had a short conversation.
It can be remembered that Angel was the former girlfriend of the congresswoman’s son Luis Manzano before he confirmed his relationship with his current girlfriend Jessy Mendiola.
