“The General’s Daughter” star Angel Locsin was surprised upon coming home from her taping and seeing her boyfriend Neil Arce’s sweet Valentine’s gift for her.
In her Instagram stories, Angel cold not help but gush over Neil’s gift to her— a portrait of Kurt Cobain, the frontman of rock band Nirvana, and long stemmed red roses placed on her table.
