Heart Evangelista undoubtedly had a great 2018 when it comes to love and her career but it was also the year when she lost two of her angels who could have made her year a lot happier.
But despite what she has gone through, Heart managed to continue living her life with her husband senator Chiz Escudero and every opportunity that comes her way.
