He wrote in the video’s caption: “After watching the victorious game of UP against UE Juliana was starving. On our way out of the Filoil Arena in San Juan there was a food cart selling KWEK KWEK. Juliana asked the driver to stop the car, she opened her window and bought her fave street food.
