WATCH: Anne Curtis’ workout routine video goes viral

Actress and host Anne Curtis is undoubtedly getting back in shape after gaining a few pounds last year as she has been spending more time working out and eating healthier.

In her recent Instagram post, Anne shared a video of her workout routine together with her friends where she shared the exercises she does which contributed to her slimmer and toned body.

CURCUIT: – modified quadruped squats into alternating kickback 20x. – clamshells 20x. – single leg hip thrusters 20x. – dumbell squats 20x. – kettle bell deadlifts 20x. – modified single leg kickback with a hop 20x.
