Ai Ai Delas Alas airs rage over ‘unprofessional’ travel agency owner

Ai Ai then asked advise from her lawyer who verified with the Philippine Airlines that Gerald’s ticket was cancelled and that the agency did not pay for it.

“My lawyer verified with PAL and apparently, the e-ticket issued to Gerald was cancelled due to “ticketing deadline expiration” last July 23 at 12:46pm. In short, as explained by Ronald of PAL, hindi daw binayaran ng travel agency yung ticket,” she added.

She then started crying out of anger after the owner of the agency shouted at her instead of apologizing.

“And worse, instead of being apologetic, sinigawsigawan pa ako ng May ari ng travel agency nung sinabi ko na gawan nila ng paraan. Hindi naman yata tama yun. I am a paying client. I should be accorded respect and she should have been professional. So wala na akong magawa ngayon but to accept the downgrade. Umiiyak na ako sa frustration, galit at inis. But I am now exploring my legal options. Hindi tama yung ginawa sa asawa ko.??#megastress #lifeisshortbutesgwillmakeitshorter #umiyakmanakongdugowlana,” Ai Ai stated.

I never felt so frustrated with the incompetence of someone in the service business. Nagpabook ako ng flight for my husband to LA for tomorrow as early as July 21 and paid for a business class ticket under the promo rate of ESG Leisure, yung travel agency. Na-email na sa akin ang e ticket. So ok na dapat di ba? Aba! I was surprised na my husband was informed just this morning that he will be issued an economy ticket instead of a business class ticket kahit I paid for it as early as July. Sabi ng may ari ng travel agency, kasi daw ang dami daw nagpabook and 200k ang ibabayad and not the promo rate I paid for. Di ba ang purpose ng early booking is para makatipid? Now ako ang iipitin and iinconvenience? Is that fair?
