Actress and QC councilor Aiko Melendez was heavily criticized for posting a Tiktok video that was taken at the session hall. People who didn’t like what Melendez said the place should be respected and a proper decorum should be observed.
Aiko explained that the said video was taken before the session even started.
During the program ‘Cristy Ferminute’ of entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin, Aiko explained her said of the story:
Siguro, Nay Cristy, I’m in a world na syempre, artista pa rin ako at public servant, hindi ko talaga mapi-please lahat ng tao.” said Aiko.
“Ang nakakalungkot lang po, Nay Cristy and Sis Romel, sa dami ng ginagawa ko for the past years, di nila napapansin yung kasipagan ko, and modesty aside, Nay Cristy, iisa po ako sa konsehal ng Quezon City na walang absent po,” Aiko said.
