The said tweet of Alessandra caught the attention of netizens as they asked if she is referring to Philippines representative Rabiya Mateo. According to Alessandra, she is referring to the answer of Miss India Adline Castelino.
“No! I’m referring to the answer of miss India about the pandemic! She can be a great leader kung totoo or a comedian! 🤣 Charot!” Alessandra replied back to a netizen.
Later on, Alessadra clarified that she was pertaining to the ‘pandemic/lockdown’ and her remark is not about the beauty pageant.
“Excuse me po. I was talking about the pandemic/lockdown and not about the beauty pageant. Ano po bang “isasakripisyo” ng isang buong bansa for a beauty pageant? Taga cheer naman tayo lahat at masaya yun. Paanong sacrifice yun, eh its the best thing to do! ❤️✌🏻😳” Alessandra wrote.
