Actress and vlogger Alex Gonzaga shared the challenges that she and her husband, Mikee Morada have faced on building their future house.
In the latest ‘skypodcast’ episode of former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Slater Young and fashion vlogger Kryz Uy, they featured Alex for an interview. During the interview, Alex opened up on the challenges that they faced on building their future home.
“Nanduon palang kami sa proseso ng approval sa subdivision kasi yung unang ginawa nung aming architect hindi pala tama. Yung mga easement easement hindi ko nga alam yun. So nagkamali lang ng 1 meter so ngayon another nanaman.
Ang haba, ang daming pinirmahan I’m sure nagpirmahan kayo ng ganun, ng blueprint, napaka haba, napaka dami. Pero kailangan pala talaga.” Alex shared.
“Masakit sa ulo kasi nag feeling ako. Kayo ba may interior designer? Sinabay ko kasi nag feeling ako. So medyo mas tumagal kasi siyempre nag usap pa sila, sa architect. Ganun pala yun.
Tapos medyo namroblema din ako kasi pag pala ano, kailangan mamili ka na ng mga suppliers mo. Tapos ang mamahal na agad. ‘oy’ sabe ko ‘ayaw ko na muna, nagkamali pa nga tayo sa approval ‘no, kapag ka okay na’… ”
“What’s good is ang contractor ko is my parents… Daddy ko kasi dati yun talaga siya, contractor… may alam talaga sila kasi lage sila yung, pag may pinapagawa kami sila talaga. Hindi lang nila kina-career talaga na yun yung business nila kasi nga siyempre nakatutok din saamen, ganun.” Alex added.
