Actress Angel Locsin asked GMA headwriter Suzette Doctolero not to involce GMA-7 in their discussion as the actress admitted that she has a lot of things to be thankful with the Kapamilya network.
The exchange of messages on Twitter began after Suzette reacted on a statement made by Angel during the ABS-CBN protest event last July 18, 2020. Suzette reacted to what Angel said: “walang wala ako bago ako kinuha ng ABS CBN.”

“Kina call out ko ang statement mo, u think ull win a war sa mga patutsada mo? Sa kapwa mo artista? Sa gma? At now sa akin?” tweeted Suzette to which Angel replied:
“kayo lang po ito. Hindi po ang GMA kaya wag nyo pong idamay. Wala po akong sasabihing hindi maganda sa gma at malaki ang utang na loob ko sa network. Kayo lang po ang kausap ko 🙂 and please use your voice para makatulong sa kapwa mo sa industriya. Kelangan ka namin”.
Suzette for her part replied and tweeted: “I am for the franchise renewal. Sinabi ko na yan paulit ulit. As ive said, wala ako beef sayo. Nagreact lang sa what i deemed ay unfair na statement. Isa lang industry natin. Terrible times my dear. As ive said ur a courageous woman. And i mean it.”
