Actress Bela Padilla reacted to a video posted online where a family is seen commenting on the flood situation brought about by typhoon Carina.
Based on the video, a family is onboard a car and observing people outside who were braving the storm and the flood.
The kids can be heard saying that they wanted to try playing on the flood using a floatie. The lady on the video can be heard asking if its possible to do such thing.

Bela on Instagram reacted the posted the following:
“You see people risking their lives for their loved ones and your question is if you and your kids can use a floatie here? Come on. Could’ve been a nice teaching moment for your kids but…” said Bela.
