Senatorial candidate Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. has been among the senatorial candidates included in the “Magic 12” based on the partial and unofficial tally results of the mid-term elections.
While he has been gaining mixed reactions from people over his “budots” television ad, Revilla insisted that he will be fulfilling his duty as a senator and will not just dance once elected in the position.

In a report by Pep, Bong said during his interview with DZMM: “Siyempre malaking bagay din yung mga ad, yung budots, malaking bagay din. Hindi ko malaman kung yun ba ay positive or negative. Hindi natin alam kung nakadagdag ba yun o nakatawag ng boto.”
Despite the negative remarks he received over his ad, Revilla said in his separate interview with DWIZ: “Hindi po ako magnanakaw at hindi po ako masamang tao. Well, you know, kung papa’no ako magtrabaho, kung anuman ang komite nating mahawakan ay tayo ay magsisilbi sa bayan. Tayo’y magpe-perform sa Senado, hindi tayo magsasayaw lang diyan.”
When asked about his message for his critics, Revilla stated: “Don’t worry dun sa mga ano… tuturuan ko sumayaw ng budots para di sila masyadong seryoso sa buhay.”
