Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray has been drawing concern from her fans after she shared and Instagram post and opened up about how she has been going through a difficult time for the past weeks.
In her post, Catriona shared a photo of her alongside a lengthy caption where she talked about feeling low in spirit and how she has been trying to overcome what she has been feeling.

Catriona wrote: “It’s been a really challenging last couple of weeks, I’ve felt really low in my spirit. I just wanted to write this post to share that low moments happen to all of us.”
Catriona then shared how she remains positive amid feeling down, saying: “When I find myself feeling down and overwhelmed; where things are out of my control, it helps to remind myself that the only person I can control is myself, to count all the things I have to be grateful for and to plan and look forward to the dawn of a new day. ?”
“So if you’re feeling down in the dumps, you’re never alone. Situations and life are tough…but so are you. #KeepCalmAndLavaWalk ??,” the reigning Miss Universe added.
Just recently, Catriona made it to the headlines after Miss Grand Thailand 2019 Coco Arayha Suparurk referred to her as “fat” in her Instagram stories. Coco reportedly said in an interview that she would apologize to Catriona if she messages her directly.
