Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office Chief Prosecutor Vilma Barcellano recommended the release or arrest warrants against journalist Ces Drilon, showbiz reporter Marie Lozano and news executive na si Venancio Borromeo in relation to the libel complaint filed by Gretchen Fullido.
The new resolution was released after Gretchen’s camp filed a Motion for Reconsideration over the same court’s decision to dismiss the case last January 2019.

In a report by Pep, the new resolution dated April 29, 2019 stated that the accused “all acted in bad faith when they issued libelous statements against Fullido.”
