Sam Cruz, the daughter of Cesar Montano and Sunshine Cruz celebrated her 18th birthday with a disco-themed party. Sam looked so stunning with her glittering gold cocktail dress.
It was a night to remember as Sam was with her parents Cesar and Sunshine, together with her two sisters Angelina and Francheska who looked equally stunning with their colorful outfits.
