Actor Archie Alemania has been found guilty of acts of lasciviousness in a case filed against him by actress Rita Daniela.
It can be recalled that in 2024, Rita accused Archie of sexually violating her and making repeated inappropriate remarks.
In a report by ABS-CBN, the Bacoor City court sentenced Archie to an indeterminate penalty ranging from one (1) month and one (1) day of arresto mayor to one (1) year and one (1) day of imprisonment. The court also directed him to pay the complainant ₱20,000 as civil indemnity and another ₱20,000 as moral damages.
