The Bacoor City Municipal Trial Court has issued a warrant of arrest against actor Archie Alemania in relation to the acts of lasciviousness complaint filed against him by actress Rita Daniela.
“After a careful evaluation of the information, the resolution, investigation data form, the complaint affidavit of the complaining witness, and other pertinent documents, the court finds probable cause to hold the accused for trial,” the court said.
“Considering that the accused is at large, let a warrant of arrest be issued against him,” it added.
The court also said Archie may post bail in the amount of P36,000.
