Entertainment columnist Cristy Fermin expressed her sincerest thanks to TV host Willie Revillame for bravely apologizing to her in public.
In an episode of Wowowin, Willie acknowledged his mistake and apologized to Cristy for everything that he said and admitted that he was a victim of click bait.
On her program ‘Cristy Ferminute,’ Nanay Cristy thanked Willie for his apology and admitted that she never expected Willie to do such:
“Dahil nagpakumbaba ka na kagabi na very UnWilly, hindi ikaw yan eh. Ang inaasahan ko hindi ka hihingi ng pasensya, hindi ka hihingi ng tawad. Hindi ikaw yan.” said Nanay Cristy.
“Pero kagabi, pinatuyan mo sa akin na marunong ka ng tumanggap ng pagkakamali. Maraming maraming salamat sa yo dahil nabuksan ang puso mo sa katotohan na ang tama ay tama at ang mali ay mali.” Nanay Cristy added.
“Yun pa lang ay ipinagpapasalamat ko na dahil nakipagtuos ka na kagabi sa buhay na ito. Hindi ikaw yan, ginulat mo ako. Sinsero ang paghihingi mo ng tawad. At talagang pinapasalamat ko sa yo yan.” Nanay Cristy said.
Nanay Cristy also suggested to Willie to extend his apologies to the other people he has hurt like Ogie Diaz and Gab Valenciano.
