Actor Dennis Padilla expressed his honest thoughts and opinions when he was asked about the issue with his children related to changing their surnames.
In an interview with talent manager and broadcaster Ogie Diaz, Dennis opened up about the said issue.
Dennis shared.
Dennis also shared a question that he hasn’t asked to her daughter, actress Julia Barretto yet.
“Well alam mo, up to now hindi ko pa tinatanong kay Julia kung pinalitan niya ng Barretto na rin yung official documents niya like yung passport, hindi ko alam, o license, hindi ko alam kung Barretto na rin yung ginagamit kasi… actually hanging yun…” Dennis shared.
“Bakit hindi mo magawang itanong?” Ogie asked Dennis.
“Parang nahihiya ako, natatakot…natatakot akong magtanong” Dennis said.
“Anong sagot ang feeling mo, natatakot kang marinig?” Ogie asked.
“Eh yung, ‘Pa I’m sorry ha pinalitan na namin yung apelyido mo, Barretto na kaming lahat.’ Eh wala, given na yun eh. Eh diba, sabe ko nga sayo. Wala na akong hatred, lahat ng taong may atraso ako humingi na ako ng apology and second life ko to eh. So ayaw ko na ng ganun…” Dennis shared.
