Actor Derek Ramsay shared with the public that his wife Ellen Adarna suffered a miscarriage in Spain. Derek made the revelation during the media conference of his Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) film “Kampon.”
“Tumatanda na tayo so akala ko baog ako. So noong nasa Spain kami, nalaman namin na preggy si Ellen,” started Derek.
“Andoon kami sa Spain for my mom’s birthday and then delayed si Ellen, she’s never delayed. So we said, ‘Something was up.’ And she got herself rested while we were there so she was positive…great gift for my mom, to us and then nu’ng pauwi, nag-i-spotting na siya…and we lost the pregnancy.” Derek added.
“At least nalaman namin na hindi kami baog. First attempt pa lamang namin na gumawa ng baby. Ellen is okay. We will try next year,” Derek quips.
“With Ellen, she was really, really tired. I guess, her hormones are going crazy. She’s okay, Nothing major. Nindi nya kailangan magpa-raspa or anything. It was early on in the pregnancy so few weeks lang naman,” said Derek.
