A driver and personal assistant has filed a formal complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) against actress Rhian Ramos, Miss Universe Philippines 2023 Michelle Dee, and another beauty queen.
The complainant (referred to by the alias “Totoy”), is seeking justice for what he describes as a harrowing three-day ordeal involving physical assault, serious illegal detention, and torture.
Totoy claims he was accused of stealing “sensitive photographs” or an “ang pao” (red envelope) containing private images belonging to the celebrities.
The driver alleges he was beaten by Ramos’ bodyguards and the actresses themselves. In a graphic account, he claimed that Michelle Dee stripped him, doused his body with rubbing alcohol, and sprayed the substance into his eyes.
Desperate to flee the alleged abuse, Totoy claims he tried to jump from the 39th-floor window. He reportedly survived after getting caught on an electrical cable or rope, eventually landing on the 25th floor. However, he says he was intercepted by security and returned to the unit for further “punishment.”
