Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Lie Reposposa took to social media to air a deeply personal and painful grievance. In a series of raw posts, Lie opened up about the emotional toll of being her family’s primary provider, specifically calling out the lack of appreciation from those she supports.
This isn’t the first time Lie has hinted at family friction. As far back as 2024, she aired similar woes, even claiming that her own mother had allegedly gossiped about her to friends when financial help wasn’t “enough.”
On Facebook, Lie posted the following:
“Gusto kong umahon sa buhay pero parang ako lang ang lumalaban. Breadwinner daw, pero kailan ba naging winner ang breadwinner?
Parang lagi na lang talunan.
Pagod na pagod na akong tumulong sa mga taong hindi man lang marunong mag-appreciate, pero ang hirap kapag pamilya mo.
hirap tulungan ng ungrateful parents.”
Her current frustration stems from a feeling of isolation—the sense that while she is working to uplift the family’s status, her efforts are met with demands rather than gratitude.
As of now, Lie’s parents have not issued a public response. Whether this public outburst leads to a much-needed family intervention or a permanent rift remains to be seen.
